To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: - A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in web and mobile application development. - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and demonstrating your design process from concept to execution. **Technical Skills and Competencies:** - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision. - Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their implications on design. - Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing techniques. **Soft Skills and Attributes:** - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, with a focus on user-centered design principles. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. **Educational Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. **Certifications or Special Requirements:** - Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or web development are a plus but not mandatory.
