Source suitable suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials and services. Evaluate and compare suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery capability, reliability, and commercial terms. Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate purchase orders in the ERP system after obtaining the required approvals. Track purchase orders and deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and address delays or discrepancies to support timely material availability. • Manage and oversee after-sales service operations for HVAC and AHU systems, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests. • Plan, supervise, and coordinate AHU installation, assembly, commissioning, and retrofit activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by providing technical support, addressing service concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. • Lead and mentor service engineers, technicians, and site teams through effective manpower planning, technical guidance, and safety training initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance product performance and service quality. • Provide technical expertise in HVAC systems, Smart AHUs, electrical panels, PLCs, EC fans, and BMS integration, while maintaining accurate technical documentation and service records. • Prepare service MIS reports, maintain operational documentation, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables. • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards, and departmental SOPs while promoting safe work practices across all service operations.

Job Responsibilities :  Manage complete state-level after-sales service operations for solar inverter products.  Lead and monitor service engineers / service partners and ensure timely complaint closure as per defined TAT / SLA.  Provide technical support for troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance and warranty service.  Handle customer, dealer, distributor, EPC and channel-partner escalations and ensure effective resolution.  Plan and allocate service calls based on priority, location and technical requirement.  Coordinate with Sales, Central Service teams for speedy issue resolution.  Analyze recurring inverter failures and warranty cases; support Root Cause Analysis and corrective / preventive actions.  Monitor warranty claims, spare parts, replacement / repair processes and service inventory.  Prepare service MIS covering complaints, pending cases, TAT, repeat complaints, warranty cases and spare consumption.  Conduct technical training for service engineers, dealers and service partners and ensure safe working practices. Qualification & Functional Knowledge  ITI / Dimploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE or equivalent qualification.  10+ years of total experience in solar inverter product service.  Strong understanding of solar PV systems, solar inverters, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and Service maintenance.  Experience in customer escalation handling, warranty service, spare parts and field-service operations.  Good analytical, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
