4. Payment Terms and Pricing

4.1 Pay-After-Joining Model

For recruitment services, employers pay only after a candidate successfully joins their organization. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.

4.2 Subscription Services

Some services may require subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Additional Services

Services such as background verification, resume writing, and employer branding may incur additional charges. Pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase.

4.4 Wallet System

Employers may maintain a wallet balance for background verification and other services. Wallet funds are non-refundable and do not expire unless the account is closed.

4.5 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges to your payment method.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate profiles
  • Engage in discriminatory hiring practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share or sell user data obtained through our platform
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post spam, malware, or malicious content
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content
