Responsibilities: Blue-Collar Workforce & Shop-Floor Coordination • Daily coordination with Production Supervisors to understand manpower requirements for each shift. • Track BC deployment, movement between departments, and daily shift allocation. • Ensure manpower availability to avoid line stoppage and support production continuity.
