Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for mechanical MEP works. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project quantities and scope. Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and material/labour calculations. Coordinate with design, procurement, project execution, and planning teams. Review shop drawings, design changes, and variations for commercial impact. Prepare and evaluate variation claims, extra-item claims, and change orders.
