Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the assembly floor. • Ensure production schedules are met, and products are manufactured to required quality standards. • Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines. • Enforce health and safety regulations across the production floor. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Ensure optimal utilisation of manpower and equipment, report malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. • Maintain daily production reports floor-wise. • Uphold and sustain 5S practices on the shop floor

Generate purchase orders Planning scheduling & delivery follow-up for minimum inventory level items-related to manufacturing process. Submission of MRN (Material receipt note) in accounts after verification by purchase team. Maintain updated records of the dept., receive indents from the user of concern dept & maintain records of the same, check stock availability getting quotations. Preparing cost comparative sheets as per requirement. Floating enquiry to vendors for cost of materials. Maintains purchasing documents, files, and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
