Job Title: Telecaller - Marketing (Real Estate) Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and result oriented Telecaller for our real estate marketing team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given database. Explain real estate projects, features, pricing and location benefits. Generate quality leads for sales team. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain call logs, lead status and daily reports. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Provide accurate information to customers and resolve basic queries. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Required Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident and polite telephone etiquette. Ability to convince and handle customer queries. Basic knowledge of real estate preferred. Strong follow up skills and target driven approach. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass, graduation preferred. 0 to 2 years experience in telecalling or real estate marketing (freshers can also apply). Salary: As per company norms, plus incentives based on performance. Location: Gurugram.
