Technical Head (Industrial Projects / Government Projects)

Technical Design & Engineering Lead design and engineering of STP, ETP, WTP, and ZLD systems Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), P&ID, and layout drawings using AutoCAD Perform process calculations, hydraulic design, and equipment sizing Selection of treatment systems such as pumps, blowers, clarifiers, filters, RO systems Project Execution Manage end-to-end execution of water and wastewater treatment projects Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities Government Projects Handling Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and BOQ Ensure compliance with government norms and environmental regulations Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities Support tendering and bidding documentation Client & Stakeholder Management Interact with industrial and government clients for project requirements Provide technical solutions and project updates Lead internal project teams and guide junior engineers

Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, and ZLD systems Proficiency in AutoCAD for engineering drawings Understanding of environmental engineering and wastewater treatment processes Knowledge of EPC project execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
