Senior Project Manager – Site Execution

Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Oversee daily site activities involving civil, electrical, mechanical, and installation works. Ensure project execution in line with approved drawings, technical specifications, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, productivity, and project milestones. Manage land acquisition activities and coordinate with government authorities for approvals and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at project sites. Track project risks, resolve site execution challenges, and provide regular MIS and progress reports to management. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams for successful project delivery. Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover activities

15+ years of total experience Strong hands-on experience in site execution of EPC / renewable energy / infrastructure projects Experience in managing at least one large project independently Exposure to solar / wind / power / industrial construction projects preferred
