Senior Leadership – Project Execution & Project Management

Lead end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects (solar / wind / hybrid / EPC as applicable) Manage multiple projects simultaneously (4–5 projects) across different locations Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution strategy Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost control, and quality standards Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and government bodies Drive site execution activities and resolve critical project bottlenecks Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements Monitor project progress through regular MIS and reporting systems Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies across projects Lead cross-functional teams and provide strong on-ground leadership Support commissioning and handover of projects within defined timelines.

20–30 years of total experience Strong background in renewable energy / EPC / infrastructure / power projects Proven experience in handling multi-project execution (minimum 3–5 projects simultaneously) Strong exposure to project planning, execution, and commissioning Experience in senior leadership roles such as: Project Head General Manager – Projects Ability to manage large teams and multiple site locations Decision-making in high-pressure environments
