Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: - Must-have: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred. - 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on grievance handling, employee relations, and performance management. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements. - Proven experience in compensation and benefits management. - Familiarity with HRIS and data management systems. - Technical Skills & Competencies: - Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite. - Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. - Soft Skills & Attributes: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - High level of integrity and confidentiality. - Certifications: - Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus but not mandatory.
