Sales & Operations Manager

Sales Responsibilities • Assist in building and expanding current business. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cold chain sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cold chain solutions. • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and account management. Operations Responsibilities • Oversee daily cold chain logistics, storage, and distribution operations. • Coordinate with transport teams, warehouse staff, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries. • Monitor temperature-controlled operations to ensure product integrity. • Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure SLA compliance. • Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatches, and operational reports. • Ensure adherence to cold chain compliance standards and safety requirements. • Coordinate with vendors to fulfill their demand and mobilizing and generating more market vehicles Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer support teams for seamless service execution. • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism. • Assist in planning and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 3–5 years in sales and operations within the cold chain or temperature-controlled logistics industry. • Strong knowledge of cold chain processes, storage requirements, transport handling, and temperature monitoring. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
