Recruitment Consultant (Remote – Work From Home)

Appointment Cell is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team under a remote work model. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, work closely with internal teams and clients, and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring requirements Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles Coordinate interviews and act as a liaison between candidates and stakeholders Manage recruitment pipelines, submissions, closures, and follow-ups Issue offer letters and support onboarding processes Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and compliance records Adhere to confidentiality, data protection, and ethical recruitment standards Deliver consistent performance while working remotely.

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting preferred or certification in Human Resource Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Good organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and interview coordination Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and company policies
