š ConfidentialSet and maintain inspection standards & control plans for filtration and fabricated products Perform IQC, IPQC, FQC (incoming, in-process, final inspections) Do dimensional inspection using gauges/CMM and read engineering drawings (GD&T) Conduct FAI, product testing, and qualification activities Maintain and audit QMS as per ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 Prepare and manage quality documents (SOPs, reports, FMEA, control plans, calibration records) Drive APQP for new products and engineering changes Handle calibration of measuring instruments Raise and manage NCR (defects) and track closure Perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement fixes Handle supplier quality issues and SCAR Track and report quality KPIs Support supplier audits and development Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, and approvals Review customer requirements, FAT documents Follow industry standards
⢠Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience) Experience ⢠2ā5 years of quality engineering experience in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, filtration equipment, or engineered industrial products (Can considered automobile industry) ⢠Experience with supplier quality management and conducting supplier audits preferred
