Project Manager – Site Execution

End-to-end execution of renewable energy project site Manage daily site activities including civil, electrical, mechanical, and installation works Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, plans, and timelines Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors at site level Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and work progress Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards Resolve on-site execution issues and escalate critical risks when required Maintain project documentation, reporting, and MIS updates Coordinate with project planning, engineering, and procurement teams Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities

18 years of total experience Strong hands-on experience in site execution of EPC / renewable energy / infrastructure projects Experience in managing at least one large project independently Exposure to solar / wind / power / industrial construction projects preferred
