Project Finance – Assistant Manager

1. Deal Origination: Identifying and pursuing new project finance opportunities such as RTL, LC, bill discounting. 2. Risk Assessment: Assessing and mitigating risks associated with project finance transactions. 3. Structuring Deals: Structuring financial transactions, including debt refinancing. 4. Preparation BG and LC tracker 5. Due Diligence: Conducting due diligence on projects, including reviewing contracts and technical reports. 6. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, Rating Agencies, TEV consultant and LFA auditor. 7. Market Analysis: Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments. 8. Compliance with loan agreement
