Manager Maintenance, Safety & Facility

As the Manager of Maintenance, Safety & Facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to maintenance operations, safety protocols, and facility management within the organisation.

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient functioning of equipment, machinery, and facilities. • Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance tasks, and equipment inspections to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, codes, and standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors. • Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a safety-first culture. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including cleanliness, security, and utility services. • Manage facility maintenance contracts and service agreements with vendors and service providers. Qualification & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Occupational Health & Safety or related field. • Proven experience 8 to 10 years in maintenance, safety, and facility management, preferably in a similar leadership role. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Strong in areas of Inventory Management, Quality consistency and Cost Control. • Possess leadership skills at shop floor level and be able to work cohesively in a Team. • Excellent leadership capabilities ability to communicate with, motivate and lead teams at all levels of the organisation. Good communication skill and should be conversant, (read write and speak) English and Hindi languages. Should be a good communicator with very good interpersonal skills.
