HVAC Senior Design Manager

Leadership & Team Management: • Lead and manage the HVAC design team, providing technical guidance, training, and professional development. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Design & Engineering: Oversee the design of HVAC systems for new buildings, renovations, and retrofits ( Clean room, Pharma, Process & Industrial application). Ensure all designs meet relevant codes, standards, and sustainability requirements. Project Management: Manage multiple HVAC design projects from initial concept through to completion. Develop project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress, challenges, and solutions. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the final product. Quality Control: Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Perform quality assurance checks throughout the design and implementation phases. • Collaboration with Other Disciplines: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within overall building designs. • Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: Incorporate energy-efficient designs and sustainability practices into HVAC systems. Stay updated on the latest trends in green building design and LEED certification. • Budget & Cost Management: Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets, ensuring designs are cost-effective while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills and Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Equivalent. • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in HVAC design, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior role. Proven track record of managing HVAC design teams and successful projects. Technical Skills: o Expertise in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700). o Strong knowledge of HVAC system types, applications, and energy-efficient technologies. o In-depth understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC design (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA). • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals. • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. • Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues and offer creative solutions. • Preferred Qualifications: • Professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, ASHRAE membership, PMP certification). • Experience in large-scale or high-complexity HVAC projects, such as healthcare facilities, data centers, or industrial plants.
