HVAC Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering department in Noida. This pivotal role is essential to our manufacturing operations, where you will lead the establishment of a proficient team dedicated to HVAC design solutions. Your expertise will be vital in coordinating MEP projects with clients, architects, contractors, and project management consultants (PMC), ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. As an HVAC Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in project sequencing, scheduling, and quality control while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and NBC. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing oversight and guidance from the office while maintaining site control. Your knowledge of basic project management tools and MEP design systems will enable you to deliver high-quality HVAC designs that meet client specifications and industry regulations. To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: - 10-12 years of proven experience in HVAC design and project coordination within the manufacturing sector. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Strong understanding of HVAC design principles in compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and NBC. - Proficient in MEP design systems and basic project management tools. - Exceptional project coordination skills, with experience in managing relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and PMCs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure quality control and design compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as LEED, PMP, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
