HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain HVAC safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards. • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment, tools, and work areas to identify hazards and ensure safe operation. • Perform risk assessments for HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities. • Monitor compliance with relevant safety regulations. • Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses related to HVAC operations and recommend corrective actions. • Conduct safety training sessions for HVAC technicians and staff, including proper use of PPE, lockout/tagout procedures, and emergency protocols. • Maintain records of safety inspections, incident reports, and safety compliance documentation. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and maintenance teams to ensure safety integration into HVAC projects.
