🔒 ConfidentialVRV Daikin Service Management: Handle servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VRV/VRF systems with proper technical knowledge. • Warranty Management: Coordinate warranty claims, documentation, and follow-ups with OEMs and clients. • AMC Operations: Manage complete AMC activities including renewals, invoicing, service scheduling, and customer support. • Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with AMC clients for service updates, feedback, and relationship management. • Service Call Handling: Monitor and manage service complaints, assign engineers, and ensure timely resolution. • Portal Management: Handle service call punching, commissioning, and closure activities on company/OEM portals. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service reports, warranty records, AMC documentation, and MIS reports properly. • Billing & Payment Follow-up: Generate service bills and coordinate with clients for payment collection against services. • Team Coordination: Supervise service engineers and ensure smooth execution of service schedules and preventive maintenance. • AMC Business Development: Promote new AMC offers and support business growth through customer engagement
Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF & HVAC systems • Experience in AMC operations and service team handling • Knowledge of warranty process & service documentation • Client handling and complaint resolution skills • Good understanding of billing • Ability to manage service scheduling & execution • Good communication & reporting skills • Working knowledge of MS Office
