Store Executive

Stores Executive with 5–8 years of experience in an AHU (Air Handling Unit) or manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for efficient inventory management, material handling, and MIS reporting. The role demands strong coordination with production, procurement, and quality teams, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of AHU/FCU components (coils, motors, blowers, filters, sheet metal parts, insulation materials, etc.). Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock availability to support uninterrupted production. Prepare and maintain MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on stock status, consumption, aging, shortages, and reorder levels. Handle documentation such as GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and inward/outward entries. Implement inventory control techniques such as FIFO/LIFO for relevant materials. Conduct periodic physical stock verification. Maintain housekeeping, safety, 5S, Kaizen, Poko-Yoko and compliance standards in the stores area. Strong knowledge of HVAC components and AHU/FCU materials. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) Work on ERP systems for inventory transactions and reporting.

Experience & Qualification: 5–8 years in stores/warehouse in HVAC, AHU/FCU, or similar HVAC manufacturing industry. Experience handling mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal components Bachelor’s degree in commerce / science / engineering / supply chain management Diploma/Certification in Materials Management or Logistics (preferred)
