Site Engineer

To be considered for the Site Engineer position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications is essential, as is a strong understanding of quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes. Candidates should also have expertise in conducting structural assessments and be able to effectively manage resources on-site, including materials, equipment, and manpower. Technical skills required for this role include proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera, as well as a solid foundation in structural engineering principles. Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with team members, clients, and regulatory agencies, while problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical for prioritizing workload and addressing construction-related challenges.
