Chief Security Officer

We are looking for a mature and experienced professional, usually with strong leadership and handling experience. Manufacturing industry experience Candidate should have worked in manufacturing plants/factories, preferably automotive, steel, engineering, or industrial setups. Experience in plant security, labour handling, industrial safety coordination, and crisis management is important. Should be force background This most likely means candidates from: Army Navy Air Force Paramilitary forces Police background Usually retired officers or ex-servicemen are preferred for such roles because of discipline, security management, investigation handling, and emergency response experience.

Candidate will be based at the Chennai plant/facility. Must be familiar with Tamil language Since the plant workforce, security staff, local authorities, and vendors may communicate in Tamil, the candidate should be able to speak and understand Tamil comfortably.
