Job Description

 Generate new business for HVAC projects (pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, hospitals, Data Centres, warehouses, hotels, etc.).  Identify upcoming projects and convert leads into confirmed orders.  Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and customer base.  Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.  Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects and end clients.  Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and order closures.  Review tenders, BOQs, specifications and techno-commercial offers.  Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets.  Track market trends and upcoming projects.  Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for preparation of techno-commercial proposals.  Provide market feedback to management for product, pricing, and strategy improvements.
