Job Description

Achieve monthly sales targets. • Maintain and create customer relationships for export markets (Nepal, Sri Lanka, Middle East & Africa). • Travel for business development activities and trade shows. • Manage a team of backend engineers for optimized solutions. • Handle and respond to export inquiries efficiently. • Read and interpret BOQs and client technical specifications. • Prepare accurate and optimized quotations. • Coordinate with Design, Dispatch, and Accounts teams. • Maintain inquiry trackers and dashboards. • Follow up on work orders and payment tracking. • Provide timely management updates on inquiries and orders. • Handle technical queries professionally

Requirements

Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical); MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role within the AHU industry; total experience 3–5 years. Communication: Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Technical Skills: BOQ reading, technical specification understanding, quotation preparation. Software: MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel (mandatory). Coordination: Ability to manage cross-functional coordination
