Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen channel networks across the assigned territory. The role requires a strong background in B2B sales, channel sales, dealer/distributor management, and institutional sales, with a focus on generating new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets for EVA Furniture products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent relationship-building skills and have prior experience in the furniture, office interiors, modular furniture, workspace solutions, or related industries. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned zone. • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration. • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across: o Corporate Offices o Educational Institutions & Schools o Government & Semi-Government Organizations o Dealers & Distributors o Architects & Interior Designers o Co-working Spaces o Retail Outlets & Commercial Establishments o Hospitality & Healthcare Institutions • Generate enquiries, conduct product presentations, and convert leads into business. Channel Sales Management • Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners. • Expand the dealer network within the assigned territory. • Conduct regular partner meetings and training programs. • Ensure partner engagement and drive secondary sales growth. Marketing & Brand Development • Increase brand visibility and awareness across the zone. • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis. • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry forums. • Work closely with the marketing team on local promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns. Key Account Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, facility managers, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders. • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals. • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Reporting & MIS • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. • Maintain CRM records and sales data accurately. Desired Candidate Profile Education • Graduate in any discipline. • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred. Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Institutional Sales. • Prior experience in: o Furniture Industry o Office Furniture o Modular Furniture o Interior Solutions o Workspace Solutions o Building Material Industry (preferred) Skills Required • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills. • Dealer and distributor network management. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Market development and territory management expertise. • Relationship management and customer acquisition skills. • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Achievement of sales revenue targets. • New customer acquisition. • Dealer/distributor onboarding and retention. • Project conversions and order closures. • Collection and payment realization. • Market share growth within the assigned territory. • Brand visibility and lead generation.
