Transformer Production Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transformer Production Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing & Production team in Baroda. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of daily production plans and the efficient allocation of manpower. As a Transformer Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining process control, overseeing output and quality standards, and fostering effective collaboration with departments such as Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Stores, and Maintenance. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to excellence in the electrical industry, driving productivity and achieving production targets of 95% or higher. In this role, you will be responsible for production management, manpower planning, and implementing the 5S methodology to optimize workplace organization and efficiency. You will tackle challenges through effective problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in transformer production or a similar electrical engineering domain. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of meeting production targets and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. - 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and production, preferably in the electrical industry. - Demonstrated ability to achieve production targets (≥95%). Technical Skills and Competencies: - Strong understanding of production management techniques and methodologies. - Proficiency in process control and quality assurance practices. - Familiarity with 5S principles and problem-solving techniques. Soft Skills and Attributes: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
