Technical Content Writer

Create high-quality technical and business-focused content for IT infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions. The role involves developing technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution documents, sales enablement content and business documentation while collaborating with technical, pre-sales, sales and marketing teams. The candidate will support the Marketing & Sales Support Group (MSSG) in preparing professional, accurate and customer-focused documentation for business opportunities across diverse industry sectors and business domains. 1. Develop high-quality, clear, accurate and business-oriented technical content for IT infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, product datasheets, knowledge articles, brochures and proposal content. 2. Develop and refine proposals, DPRs, concept notes, one-pagers, company profiles, capability statements, solution offerings, executive summaries, presentations and business reports. 3. Prepare sales enablement content including pitch decks, solution presentations, brochures and supporting business and marketing material. 4. Conduct market, industry and technology research covering emerging technologies, enterprise solutions and market developments to support due diligence, opportunity assessment, solution positioning and content development. 5. Work closely with Pre-Sales, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to understand technical solutions and business requirements and translate complex concepts into clear, accurate, professional and customer-focused content. 6. Support management presentations, customer meetings and strategic business initiatives through well-structured documentation. 7. Optimize content for SEO, relevant keywords, websites, digital campaigns and other online platforms. 8. Review and edit content to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, quality, grammar, formatting and adherence to company branding guidelines. 9. Maintain and execute a structured content calendar based on business and marketing requirements. 10. Use latest AI tools and technologies effectively for research, content refinement, document structuring, editing, summarization, SEO optimization and overall document enhancement. 11. Ensure all assigned deliverables are accurate, professional, submission-ready and completed within established timelines and agreed deadlines.

1. 4–5 years of experience as a Technical Content Writer, Technology Content Writer or Technical Documentation Specialist. 2. Prior experience in IT, Technology, System Integration, Cloud, Networking or IT Infrastructure companies. 3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and enterprise solutions, with the ability to independently understand technical products, solutions and business requirements and develop clear, customer-focused content. 4. Experience creating B2B technology content, technical documentation, whitepapers, case studies and solution-oriented content. 5. Experience in proposal writing, DPR preparation, business reports and pre-sales documentation will be an added advantage. 6. Excellent English communication, writing, editing, proofreading, research and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail. 7. Experience in SEO content writing, keyword research and content optimization. 8. Ability to use AI tools effectively for content optimization, research, editing and document enhancement, while maintaining originality, accuracy and relevance. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, along with familiarity with Google Docs and collaboration tools. 1. IT Infrastructure & System Architecture 2.
