Store Manager

Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and other relevant documents. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches ERP/system records monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, reorder levels, and slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory. Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with Quality Control for incoming material inspection and quarantine of rejected or non-conforming materials. Ensure timely material issuance to production, assembly, maintenance, and other departments against authorized requests. Maintain accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue notes, return notes, transfer records, and stock adjustment documentation. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable and maintain batch, lot, or serial-number traceability as required. Maintain all store transactions in ERP systems, ensure timely and accurate system entries for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments maintain documentation for internal audits, customer audits, statutory requirements, and ISO-related systems, as applicable. Supervise storekeepers, warehouse assistants, material handlers, and other store personnel Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and train team members on store procedures and ERP transactions Ensure housekeeping, proper labelling, rack management, and safe material-handling practices

15–20 Years (preferably in HVAC, manufacturing, or engineering industries). Graduation, Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field. Adept with MS office / ERP / SAP, Strong knowledge of stores and warehouse management in a manufacturing environment. Good Communication Skills (Written
