Senior Quality

Roles & Responsibilities: Analyse data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects. Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues Responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction. Identifies root causes of problems in the production process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures. Effectively communicate and reinforce responsivity commitment to quality improvement effort Prepare & documentation of production in - process check sheets. Responsible of Shop floor Manufacturing process

Proven experience of more than 4 to 7 years (Experience from any Manufacturing Unit will be preferred). Graduation is Mandatory (Diploma in Mech. Engg. / B. Tech in Mech. Engg. Equivalent is preferred). Proven working experience and knowledge in all Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions, ISO Systems, and databases with complete record keeping. Adept with MS office. Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) are mandatory.
