Senior Manager & Programme Trainer Join our School Ecosystem Development Team 💼 Role: Senior Trainer & Programme Supervisor | 1 Vacancy 📍 Location: Delhi NCR | On-site and travel-intensive 🎓 Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology; Clinical Psychologist preferred 🕒 Experience: Minimum 5 years | Applicants must be above 27 years of age 💰 Compensation: Up to ₹80,000 per month 🌱About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced psychologist and senior facilitator who can do more than supervise delivery. This role is for someone who can build a strong team of trainers, convert psychological frameworks into practical school-based methodologies and protect the depth and quality of the programme as it scales. You will lead the School Ecosystem Development delivery team across participating schools in Delhi NCR and serve as the primary bridge between on-ground trainers, school stakeholders and Conscious Future’s Psychology & Behavioural Analysis Team. ✨This Role May Be Right for You If ● You naturally bring clarity, structure and confidence to a multidisciplinary team ● You enjoy training other facilitators not merely reviewing their work, but helping them become sharper, more observant and more effective ● You can move comfortably between psychological depth, programme strategy and on-ground execution ● You are able to identify what needs clinical or behavioural attention while maintaining ethical boundaries and protocols ● You want to lead a programme that works with the school ecosystem at a deeper developmental level 🎯What You’ll Own ● Lead, manage and supervise School Ecosystem Development Trainers, trainer psychologists and behavioural therapists ● Train and onboard the delivery team on programme philosophy, methodology, facilitation standards, observation frameworks, documentation & maintaining consistent quality sessions throughout the grades of respective schools ● Develop, refine and standardise facilitator guides, session processes, activities and delivery benchmarks with the Psychology & Behavioural Analysis Team ● Supervise end-to-end programme implementation across schools, grades and student groups ● Conduct selected workshops, demonstration sessions and complex developmental processes in schools ● Observe live trainer delivery and provide structured feedback on facilitation, classroom management, psychological sensitivity and engagement ● Review session reports, behavioural observations, implementation challenges and programme feedback ● Identify concerns requiring clinical or behavioural review and escalate them through the correct internal and school channels ● Conduct supervision meetings, case-based discussions, delivery reviews and capability-development sessions ● Maintain consistency in programme language, exercises, intended outcomes and professional conduct ● Coordinate trainer allocation, school schedules, substitutions and on-ground implementation ● Build professional working relationships with school leadership, counsellors, educators and coordinators ● Consolidate programme observations, trainer-performance insights and emerging behavioural themes for the Psychology & Behavioural Analysis Team ● Support programme evaluation, feedback analysis and recommendations for improvement ● Ensure ethical practice, confidentiality, child safeguarding and professional boundaries across the delivery team ● Travel across Delhi NCR to provide active on-ground supervision and leadership 🎁What This Role Offers ● The opportunity to lead a distinctive, psychology-led school development programme ● A central role in shaping delivery methodologies, trainer capability and programme quality ● Regular collaboration with Conscious Future’s Psychology & Behavioural Analysis Team ● Exposure to complex school ecosystems, adolescent-development contexts and multidisciplinary programme work ● Meaningful leadership responsibility with scope to influence how the programme evolves and scales 📋 You’re a Strong Fit If ● You hold a postgraduate degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology; a Clinical Psychology background is preferred ● You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Psychology, Learning & Development, Behavioural Sciences, Training or Programme Delivery ● You have supervised psychologists, counsellors, behavioural therapists, trainers or facilitators ● You have designed or delivered structured workshops or developmental programmes for adolescents, schools or institutional groups ● You understand adolescent development, group dynamics, behavioural observation and psychologically safe facilitation ● You can translate psychological frameworks into clear methodologies, trainer instructions and experiential exercises ● You are confident conducting workshops, reviewing performance and giving developmental feedback ● You communicate and document with clarity, and can manage senior school stakeholders professionally ● You are based in Delhi NCR and comfortable travelling extensively across the region ● Female candidates are preferred 🧠 Core Skills Team Supervision, Trainer Development, Programme Management, Counselling or Clinical Psychology, Learning & Development, Behavioural Analysis, Adolescent Psychology, Facilitation Methodology, Workshop Delivery, Quality Assurance, Group Dynamics, Performance Feedback, Programme Evaluation, Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Safeguarding and Ethical Practice 📌Before You Apply This is a full-time, on-site and travel-intensive role aligned with school schedules, programme requirements and trainer-supervision needs.
