To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: - **Must-Have Qualifications and Experience:** - A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. - A Master’s in Marketing Management is preferred. - A minimum of 15 years of experience in project sales within the MEP/HVAC contracting sector. - **Technical Skills and Competencies:** - Proven ability to manage costing and estimation teams effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales challenges. - Proficiency in utilizing sales analytics and CRM software to track performance and KPIs. - **Soft Skills and Attributes:** - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. - Leadership qualities that motivate and inspire team members to achieve their targets. - **Educational Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). - Master’s in Marketing Management (desirable). - **Certifications or Special Requirements:** - Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or on-site project evaluations. - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate project deadlines.
