To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with an MBA in Marketing preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or Building Services sales is essential. You should have a strong understanding of technical sales processes, project cycles, and tendering. Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly with formulas, pivot tables, and quantity sheets is required. Additionally, a solid grasp of HVAC ducting and piping measurements, as well as the ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and BOQs, is crucial. Moreover, exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Leadership capabilities and a proven track record of closing high-value deals will be highly regarded. A strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good coordination and communication skills will enable you to thrive in this role. Certifications related to HVAC systems or project management are a plus. This position is office-based in New Delhi, and you will be required to adhere to a professional work environment.
