R&D (AHU) Design

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer specializing in Air Handling Unit (AHU) design with practical knowledge of AutoCAD and basic understanding of HVAC components. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing air handling products and a proven ability to deliver cost-effective and high-performance designs 1. New Product Development, create new products and improve existing ones, which helps to meet consumer's needs. 2. Prepare 3D Models of Equipment and its Component in NX (Siemens) 3. Prepare GA Drawings, fan curves, and coil selections based on inputs from the Estimation team and Sales Order requirements. 4. Component selections such as fans, heat exchanger coils, and other accessories with basic technical understanding. 5. Deliver optimized product designs that contribute to cost reduction and performance improvement. 6. Maintain design records for all Drawings, ECN and Documentation 7. Cross-departmental collaboration for engineering, production, and quality control—to work toward shared goals.________________________________________

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering. • 2-5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in HVAC or AHU manufacturing. • Experience in 3D Modelling in softwares like NX (Siemens), Creo, Solidwork, • Proficiency in creating digital prototypes, assemblies, and technical drawings, for Equipment design, product development, and manufacturing, with 3D modelling software • Basic understanding of airside HVAC systems and components. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Good verbal and written communication abilities.
