Quality Head

Lead the overall quality department and ensure the company follows ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards. Plan product quality before production, get customer approvals, identify potential defects, and monitor manufacturing quality using core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan). Identify the root cause of quality issues, resolve them permanently, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Monitor production quality, reduce defects and rejections, and drive continuous process improvements. Conduct product, process, and supplier quality audits to ensure all quality requirements are met. Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, and ensure quick and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Lead, guide, and develop the quality team while driving a zero-defect manufacturing culture and ensuring consistent product quality.

Graduate/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production preferred). 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Automotive. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949. Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & Quality Audits. Able to handle customer complaints, supplier quality, and process improvements. Experience in leading a quality team. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Focus on reducing defects and improving product quality.
