Quality Head

• Lead the overall quality department and ensure the company follows ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards. • Plan product quality before production, get customer approvals, identify potential defects, and monitor manufacturing quality using core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan). • Identify the root cause of quality issues, resolve them permanently, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. • Monitor production quality, reduce defects and rejections, and drive continuous process improvements. • Conduct product, process, and supplier quality audits to ensure all quality requirements are met. • Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, and ensure quick and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. • Lead, guide, and develop the quality team while driving a zero-defect manufacturing culture and ensuring consistent product quality.

• Graduate/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production preferred). • 10–15+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Automotive. • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949. • Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & Quality Audits. • Able to handle customer complaints, supplier quality, and process improvements. • Experience in leading a quality team. • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. • Focus on reducing defects and improving product quality.
