QC Engineer

• Develop and implement quality control plans for AHU manufacturing. • Perform in-process and final inspections of AHU units and its parts. • Knowldege of sheet metal parts and fabrication process .i.e cutting, bending, welding, brazing. • Verify dimensional accuracy, assembly quality, and finishing standards. • Monitor production quality metrics and identify areas for improvement • Ensure compliance with HVAC standards such as AMCA, and Eurovent. • Support ISO documentation and audits (e.g., International Organization for Standardization standards such as ISO 9001). • Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, NCRs (NonConformance Reports), and corrective action reports. • Supervise factory acceptance testing (FAT) of AHUs. • Verify airflow performance, static pressure, vibration levels, and leakage tests. • Ensure proper calibration of testing instruments. • Coordinate third-party inspections and certifications where required • Knowledge of coil shop manufacturing process, coil circuits, connections and testing. • Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues. • Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, etc. • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives. • Reduce rework, rejection, and warranty claims. • Participate in internal audits and process improvements. • Track effectiveness of corrective actions

• A relevant diploma / degree in Mechanical Engineering. • A minimum 6 years of experience in QA. • A hard working, dedicated & committed professional who “gets the Job done” & must be a good team player • Should have good communication skills in English & Hindi. • The person should be energetic, enthusiastic and be a good facilitator of management process. • The person should have a fair knowledge of line documents. • The person should be internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015
