QA / IP Engineer / Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/IP Engineer/Officer to join our Quality & Safety department in Baroda. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards throughout our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will play a critical role in conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspections, as well as managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). By focusing on quality records and process audits, you will help to foster a culture of quality improvement and reduce repeat defects, significantly impacting our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As a QA/IP Engineer/Officer, you will engage closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to drive quality initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your insights will contribute to process enhancements and the overall success of our quality management system. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members and providing training on quality standards, making a direct impact on the professional development within the department. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate successfully with various teams. Additionally, familiarity with quality management software and documentation practices is required. Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) will be an advantage.
