Purchase Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our dynamic Procurement team in Noida. As a Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and negotiating materials, equipment, and services essential for the successful execution of projects and overall company operations. You will work closely with various internal teams, including project management, estimations, and accounts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the procurement process. In this position, your day-to-day activities will include identifying and evaluating vendors for MEP materials such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical components. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and tracking order statuses to ensure timely delivery. Your analytical skills will be essential in preparing comparative statements, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of vendor performance and historical pricing data. To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within the MEP or construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP materials (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) is essential. **Must-Have Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Commerce/Engineering/Supply Chain Management - 2-5 years of experience in procurement (preferably in MEP/Construction) **Technical Skills and Competencies:** - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel - Experience with ERP or Purchase Management Software - Strong email and vendor communication skills **Soft Skills and Attributes:** - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines effectively - Strong organizational skills with good documentation practices **Educational Requirements:** - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field **Certifications or Special Requirements:** - Familiarity with BOQ and technical specifications is preferred - Experience in project-based procurement is a plus - Knowledge of local supplier networks and logistics coordination is advantageous.
