Project Manager - HVAC

o Develop and track a project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project o Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs o Direct trade planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with other trades o Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project o Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors o Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety o Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction o Create project documentation and participate in customer interaction o Manage large jobs with minimal supervision o Estimate changes in scope of work

o 6-8 years experience in commercial HVAC projects with all systems , VRV, AHU , CHILLERS ... o H L , & L S works , Handling Multiple projects on a pro active basis not reactive . o Excellent communication skills, both oral and written o Excellent organization skills o Solid knowledge of the PRE – DURING -HANDOVER with AMC , AS BUILT process
