Job Description: PMC – Civil Project: The Delmar – High-Rise Residential Project Location: Panjim, Goa Experience: 12–15 Years Monthly Take-Home Salary: ₹1.10–1.20 Lakhs Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation provided separately About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager/ Head- PMC to oversee civil construction activities for *The Delmar*, an upcoming high-rise residential project in Panjim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management consultancy, site execution, quality control, planning and coordination to ensure the project is delivered as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities and monitor site progress against project schedules. - Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications and construction standards. - Monitor structural and finishing works, including RCC, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, plastering and other civil activities. - Ensure quality control through regular site inspections, quality checks and compliance with approved methodologies. - Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors and other project stakeholders. - Track project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective measures in coordination with the project team. - Review drawings, technical documents, BOQs and construction methodologies to ensure smooth execution. - Monitor material usage, workmanship and resource deployment for efficient project delivery. - Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable construction regulations. - Prepare progress reports, inspection records and updates for senior management. - Resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely closure of snags and defects. Desired Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution. - 12–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management consultancy. - Prior experience in high-rise residential projects is essential. - Strong knowledge of RCC structures, construction practices, quality assurance and site execution. - Proven ability to manage contractors, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor project schedules. - Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs and project documentation. - Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills. - Willingness to work on-site in Panjim, Goa.
