In this dynamic position, you will supervise a diverse team of contractors and subcontractors, collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants. You will also be tasked with preparing detailed progress reports, which will inform senior management of the project's status and any challenges encountered. To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. - 12–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management consultancy, specifically in high-rise residential projects. - Must have a strong understanding of RCC structures, construction practices, quality assurance, and site execution. - Proven track record of managing contractors, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and adhering to project schedules. Technical Skills and Competencies: - Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs. - Familiarity with project management software and tools. - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices. Soft Skills and Attributes: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results. Certifications: - Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) would be an advantage. - Valid safety certification (e.g., OSHA) is preferred but not mandatory.
