Project Head - HVAC

We are looking for an experienced Project Head – HVAC to lead and manage end-to-end HVAC projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC project execution, site management, team handling, and client coordination. Lead and manage end-to-end HVAC projects from planning to commissioning and handover. Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project requirements. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and statutory requirements. Conduct regular project reviews and prepare progress reports for management. Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for material and project requirements. Manage project documentation, billing, measurements, variations, and final handover. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / Refrigeration or related field. 10–15+ years of experience in HVAC project execution, preferably in commercial, industrial, or large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and commissioning. Experience in handling multiple projects and large site teams. Strong project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, BOQ, estimation, and project documentation. Strong client, consultant, contractor, and vendor coordination skills.
