Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute AHU/HVAC service projects from planning to successful completion. • Handle installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and servicing of AHUs and related HVAC equipment. • Coordinate effectively with customers, site teams, technicians, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct site inspections and identify technical, operational, and service-related issues. • Plan and monitor service schedules, manpower deployment, project timelines, and execution progress. • Review technical drawings, project specifications, and customer requirements. • Provide timely technical support and implement corrective actions to resolve site-related challenges. • Prepare and maintain service reports, commissioning reports, project updates, and other required documentation. • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. • Drive timely project completion, service closure, and customer satisfaction. • Manage internal and external stakeholder coordination as required by project and business needs.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC Service and Projects, preferably within the AHU segment. • Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech). • Strong technical knowledge of AHUs, HVAC systems, installation practices, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. • Hands-on experience in site execution, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities. • Candidates without extensive hands-on exposure must demonstrate strong capabilities in project planning, monitoring, coordination, and execution within the HVAC industry. • Excellent customer-handling, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to independently manage service assignments, project activities, and site operations. • Willingness to travel for site visits and project requirements, as needed.
