Project Engineer - HVAC

Project Planning: o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. o Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys to ensure project readiness. o Collaborate with design and engineering teams to finalize project specifications. 2. Project Execution: o Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems, including VRF, VRV, and chiller systems. o Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices. o Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution. 3. Project Management: o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. o Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. o Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. 4. Technical Expertise: o Provide technical guidance on high-side systems (e.g., chillers, compressors) and low-side systems (e.g., ducting, piping, air distribution). o Ensure compatibility of HVAC systems with other building services and structural requirements. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution. 5. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. o Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and as-built records.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC project management and execution. • Technical Expertise: o Comprehensive knowledge of VRF, VRV systems, chillers, and other HVAC technologies. o Hands-on experience in high-side and low-side HVAC installations. • Skills: o Strong project planning and organizational abilities. o Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools. o Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. • Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE) are a plus.
