Project Architect (US Commercial Projects)

Key Responsibilities * Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details (SD, DD, CD phases) * Prepare and manage Revit-based BIM models and drawing sets * Ensure compliance with International Building Code (IBC) and ADA requirements * Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams * Assist in permit submissions and responses to review comments * Support coordination with US-based project teams

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture * 4–8 years of experience in commercial projects * Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD * Experience working on US-based projects (mandatory) * Strong design and construction documentation skills
