You will deliver Conscious Future’s structured School Ecosystem Development Programme across participating schools and work closely with students from Grades 8 to 12 through experiential activities, reflective exercises and psychologically informed learning processes. ✨This Role May Be Right for You If ● You enjoy working with adolescents and can hold a classroom with warmth, confidence and maturity ● You can translate psychological and behavioural ideas into experiences students can understand and apply ● You notice what is happening beneath participation group dynamics, resistance, emotional responses and behavioural patterns ● You value structure and consistency, while knowing how to adapt your facilitation to the needs of a particular group ● You want your work to create visible developmental impact beyond a conventional training room 🎯What You’ll Own ● Deliver structured programme sessions across assigned schools, grades and student groups ● Facilitate experiential activities, reflective exercises and age-appropriate developmental processes for Grades 8 to 12 ● Create a safe, respectful and participative environment while maintaining clear professional boundaries ● Observe student engagement, group dynamics, behavioural patterns and emerging developmental needs ● Document session observations, participation trends, concerns and programme developments in the prescribed format ● Maintain consistency in programme language, methodology, exercises and intended learning outcomes ● Adapt delivery to the age group and classroom context without diluting the programme framework ● Coordinate closely with the Senior Trainer & Programme Supervisor on planning, observations and follow-up requirements ● Work professionally with school leaders, counsellors, educators and programme coordinators ● Participate in supervision meetings, trainer briefings, delivery reviews and programme calibration sessions ● Support assessments, feedback collection and outcome documentation wherever required ● Follow all child-safeguarding, confidentiality, ethical and escalation protocols ● Travel across Delhi NCR according to school schedules and the programme calendar 🎁What This Role Offers ● The opportunity to work on a structured, psychology-led school development programme ● Regular supervision, delivery reviews and learning discussions with the senior programme team ● Exposure to diverse student groups, school environments and developmental contexts ● Scope to deepen your facilitation, behavioural observation and programme-delivery capabilities 📋You’re a Strong Fit If ● You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Psychology, Behavioural Therapy, Counselling, Education, Training & Facilitation ● You have an educational background in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Human Development, Education or a related discipline ● You have facilitated workshops, group sessions or developmental programmes; prior work with adolescents or schools is strongly preferred ● You are warm, composed, observant and able to build rapport without losing professional boundaries ● You can manage groups and sensitive classroom situations with discretion and sound judgement ● You communicate confidently in spoken and written English ● You are based in Delhi NCR and comfortable travelling extensively across the region ● Female candidates are preferred 🧠Core Skills Programme Facilitation, Learning & Development, Psychology, Behavioural Observation, Experiential Learning, Adolescent Development, Group Facilitation, Classroom Management, Student Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Documentation, Programme Reporting, Stakeholder Coordination and Safeguarding Awareness 📌Before You Apply This is a full-time, on-site and travel-intensive role aligned with school timings and programme requirements.
