🔒 ConfidentialProgrammatic SEO Specialist (pSEO, AEO & GEO) About the Role We are seeking a Programmatic SEO Specialist to support and scale our organic search strategy. This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and publishing content that improves visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences. Working closely with our Web Developer and the Espresa US Marketing team, you'll help execute and optimize SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives. We're looking for a self-starter who can work independently, execute against established priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to improve search performance. Responsibilities Create, optimize, and publish SEO-friendly content Support programmatic SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives Optimize existing content for search performance and AI discoverability Collaborate with development and design teams to implement SEO best practices Monitor organic search performance and recommend ongoing improvements Publish, update, and maintain content in WordPress Requirements Experience with SEO and content optimization; programmatic SEO experience is preferred Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI search best practices Experience using WordPress Basic understanding of HTML and CSS Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) Experience with SEMrush or a comparable SEO platform Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team Availability for at least two hours of overlap with the our US Marketing team (morning PT or evening ET)
