Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Associate to support the development, management, and optimization of travel products. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, creating attractive holiday packages, maintaining pricing and inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through competitive and market-relevant travel offerings. Key Responsibilities • Research and analyze destinations, hotels, attractions, and travel trends. • Design and develop domestic and international holiday packages. • Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, airlines, and other travel suppliers. • Negotiate rates, allotments, and commercial agreements with suppliers. • Maintain product content, pricing, and inventory across booking platforms and internal systems. • Prepare itineraries, costing sheets, and package proposals. • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify new product opportunities. • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth execution of travel products. • Track product performance, bookings, margins, and customer feedback to recommend improvements. • Ensure product information, inclusions, exclusions, and travel policies are accurate and updated. • Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. • Assist in resolving supplier-related and product-related operational issues. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 0–3 years of experience in travel product management, contracting, operations, or holiday planning. • Freshers with relevant internships may also apply. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and tourism products. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and travel booking systems. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with DMCs, hotel contracting, or holiday package creation. • Knowledge of GDS, CRM, or travel ERP systems. • Familiarity with domestic and international leisure travel markets.
